Breathe deeply throughout any weight lifting or major exercise. The brain demands regular oxygen to be able to operate correctly and to survive. Most men and women will probably hold their breath if they do something that is hard but all that does is lower the amount of oxygen that gets sent to your brain. By breathing appropriately, you will keep a consistent flow of oxygen going to your brain and, hopefully, keep the headaches away.
If you discover that you are affected by headaches regularly and nothing that you are trying is reducing them or helping you keep them away, it is time to talk to your doctor. Your physician might be able to recognize something that you are doing wrong when you are working out or something that may be amiss in your diet. It's possible that you could need to employ medication to keep the headaches away. Your doctor will be able to help you find a way to continue working out and losing weight without having to deal with the headaches.
